Amia hesperia

Amia? hesperia is an extinct species of ray-finned fish in the bowfin family, Amiidae. The species is known from fossils found in the early Eocene deposits of northern Washington in the United States and southeastern British Columbia. The species is one of eight fish species identified in the Eocene Okanagan Highlands paleofauna.
